These Terms govern the use of PartsTender, a B2B platform operated by ForceEquip Parts FZ-LLC for publishing spare parts RFQs, receiving supplier offers and related communication.
1. Platform purpose
PartsTender provides a technical platform for buyers and suppliers to interact. We are not a party to the purchase and sale transaction between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. User accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep account access confidential and not use the platform in an unlawful or misleading way.
3. RFQs and offers
Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of request descriptions. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of offers, including price, delivery time, origin, quality, condition and compatibility of goods.
4. Anonymous communication
Until an offer is selected, buyer and supplier contacts may be hidden. Users must not attempt to bypass the platform, extract hidden contacts or share contact details in violation of service rules.
5. Free access
During the launch stage the platform is provided free of charge. We may add paid plans, credits or additional features later, but such changes will be published separately and will not charge users without explicit action.
6. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to publish false information, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious code, spam, illegal goods or use the platform for fraud.
7. Limitation of liability
PartsTender does not guarantee that a deal will be concluded, that goods are available, that user-provided data is accurate or that obligations between buyer and supplier will be fulfilled. Users independently verify counterparties, goods, documents, payment and delivery terms.
8. Service changes
We may change functionality, rules and these Terms. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the current version.
