We may collect name, email, company, country, city, user role, buyer or supplier profile data, RFQ content, offers, messages, inventory items and technical website usage data.
2. How we use data
Data is used to register accounts, create and process RFQs, show relevant requests to suppliers, submit offers, support internal anonymous messaging, ensure security, provide support and improve the service.
3. Anonymity before offer selection
Before the buyer selects an offer, PartsTender hides buyer contact details from suppliers. Communication may take place inside the platform without revealing email, phone, company name or direct contacts.
4. Free access
During the launch stage the service may be provided free of charge. If paid features are added later, the applicable terms will be published separately before any payment is required.
5. Cookies and technical data
We may use cookies and similar technologies for account login, security, language preferences, analytics and improving platform performance.
